La Neutral is our newest roast, named after the farm it comes from, La Hacienda Neutral in Jinotega, Nicaragua.

We traveled to this fourth generation family farm to directly source this coffee.  It's high-grown under shade trees, harvested by hand, European-prepared and naturally dried.  La Hacienda Neutral maintains sustainable production practices with the highest standards for their fellow Nicaraguans and natural resources.
